Terms of Use
These Terms of Use explain the rules for using InTone and its subscription. By using InTone or subscribing, you agree to these terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Subscription
InTone Monthly unlocks vocal warm-up playback, custom exercises, notation input, recordings, pitch review, practice notes, progress tracking, and training plan features available in the app.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and automatically renew each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. The price is shown before purchase in the Apple purchase sheet.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store subscription settings. Deleting the app or deleting local data does not cancel the subscription.
Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Allowed use
InTone is for personal vocal practice, warm-ups, recording review, score creation, and progress tracking.
Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the app license. These app-specific terms add subscription, content, and support details.
You may not misuse the app, interfere with StoreKit or subscription verification, reverse engineer protected parts of the app, or use the app to infringe someone else's rights.
Your content
Your recordings, notes, imported scores, and custom exercises remain yours. They are stored locally and optionally in your iCloud backup if you enable it.
You are responsible for having the rights to any score, lyrics, audio, or other material you import, create, or share through the app.
Practice guidance
InTone is a practice and learning tool, not medical, clinical, or voice-therapy advice. Stop if you feel pain or vocal strain and consult a qualified teacher or healthcare professional when needed.
Service changes
Features may change, be corrected, or be discontinued. StoreKit, iCloud, Sign in with Apple, and App Store subscription management depend on Apple services and your device settings.
Privacy
Read the Privacy Policy before using recording, iCloud backup, Apple Sign In, or subscription features.

你的内容
你的录音、备注、导入曲谱和自定义练习仍归你所有。它们会保存在本地；如果你开启 iCloud 备份，也可能保存到你的 iCloud 备份中。
你需要确保自己拥有导入、创建或通过 App 分享的曲谱、歌词、音频或其他材料的相应权利。

InTone 是练习和学习工具，不提供医疗、临床或嗓音治疗建议。如果你感到疼痛或嗓音紧张，请停止练习，并在需要时咨询合格老师或医疗专业人士。
服务变更
功能可能会调整、修正或停止提供。StoreKit、iCloud、Apple 登录和 App Store 订阅管理依赖 Apple 服务和你的设备设置。
